The Park City Old Town Ultimate home is one of the best ski-in/out locations in Park City, directly adjacent to Town Chair Lift, Quit n Time ski run, and less than 80 steps to Main Street yet amazing privacy. Built in 2010 and featuring the finest finishes, the Park City Ultimate (PCU as local's call it) has three Grand Master Bedroom suites each with custom bathrooms, lighting, sound systems, HD LED TV/DVD, walk-in closets, and plush furnishings. This home features a state-of-the-art movie theater with 80" HD TV/DVD, plus Net Flicks, iPod & iPad docking stations, THX surround sound system, and ultra plush couches seating up to 6 guest. The Grand Master Suite's have a king bed in the largest room, then a queen bed in each of the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. There are three custom color glass fireplaces in the house, and a gas fireplace and fire pit in the backyard plus a 6-seat 100-jet Jacuzzi and a private gate leading right to Main Street passing by the Kimball Arts. You will love every aspect of this luxury home and amazing attention to detail with Savant audio/vide/light system all controlled through built-in iPod & iPad stations throughout the house. Truly amazing inside and out, plus the best ski-in/out location in all of Park City.
