This elite property has a wood paneled elevator, four luxury bedroom suites, each with its own in-suite granite and stone bathroom, deluxe pillow top mattresses, HDTV flat screen TV's and DVD player with expanded Direct TV satellite service.  There is also a half bath/powder room for the convienience of your guests.  The main level grand master suite has a king bed, desk area, large leather lounging chair and ottoman, gas fireplace, and a 52" HDTV and DVD player.  The luxurious master bath has a deep soaking Jacuzzi tub, and a large walk-in shower.  A wall mounted TV over the tub will keep you connected while lounging in the Jacuzzi or shower.  The beautiful lower level guest master includes a king bed and large walk in shower.  The upstairs guest bedrooms are beautifully appointed with bedroom #3 having a queen bed with a sspacious walk in shower.  Bedroom #4 has two queen beds with a tub and shower combination and a large walk-in closet.  The mountain/canyon view living room has a 55" HDTV/DVD with 5.1 surround sound plus a large wood burning stone fireplace.  A large laundry room has a Bosch washer and dryer.  The mud room is just off the garage, and includes boot warmers.

The entire house is equipped with a commercial-grade music system.  Included are separate volume controls for every room inside the house and garage, including outside for the outdoor Jacuzzi area, and front deck.  Listen to the central sound system at your leisure, or plug into the IPOD docking station to make your own music.  The home movie theater has top of the line equipment with a front HD high resolution projector, and a 114" screen.  The theatre includes a Blue Ray DVD, HD Direct TV, and the ultimate in balanced surround sound, making it comparable to a real movie THX theatre expexperience.  There are six luxurious leather electric reclining chairs on terraced platforms, with 2 bean bags for the kids.  There is also a custom bar with fridge and ice maker.  

Lavishly furnished with one-of-a-kind art and furniture, this Lookout home experience is more like staying in one of the world's finest spa hotels.  A professional Chef's-grade gourmet kitchen has been designed to accommodate the most demanding Chef's needs.  The rear deck and yard has heated floor mats leading to a Jacuzzi 100-jetted spa with views of Park City ski slopes and partial view of Historic Old Town.  The front deck off the main level has an upgraded stainless steel barbeque gas grill and comfortable lounge furniture when weather permits, all overlooking the Park City ski slopes.

The Lookout community has 44 wooded acres available for hiking, biking and backcountry tree skiing.  A full-time concierge service (only in winter months) and clubhouse is available on-site for owners and guests.  This community provides complementary door-to-door shuttle service to skiing at Deer Valley's Silverlake Village and to Historic Main Street/Town Chair Lift in downtown Park City.
