The large private deck has views of some Park City Ski Slopes and Park City's Resort Village, which is less than 130 steps away.  Resort Center is  the base area for Park City skiing with 4 chairlifts at the base. This property has a year-round heated pool with ski slope views, a new large Jacuzzi, and an automatic gas fire pit. It's a 2 minute walk to ski and literally adjacent to Park City Mountain Resort.

Sleeping arrangements include a queen bed in the 1st BR, a king bed in the 2nd BR, a queen bed in the 3rd BR, a twin bed plus twin over full bunk bed in the 4th BR, a twin bed plus a queen sofa sleeper in the loft, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. You will love staying at Snowblaze 309 and return year after year!

Don't forget, there is direct access from Snowblaze to Park City Mountain Resort from Empire Avenue, so why bother renting a vehicle? If you must drive, the spacious parking garage can accommodate most size SUV's and outside parking for oversized vehicles is available too. A new elevator will take you and heavy bags directly from the garage to level two for easy transport of persons and equipment. The year-round heated pool is the perfect way to unwind after a hard day on the slopes, but is equally enjoyed for cocktail hour, lounging, and gazing at the beautiful Park City Mountain Resort slopes in the backdrop.
